FAQ

What areas do you service?

Currently, we are accepting mobile bookings in Spicewood, Lakeway and Bee Cave.

How does the process work?

You book an appointment online, pay, fill out your intake form then wait for your session!

You will receive a welcome email and text notifications to remind you of your upcoming appointment.

On the day of your session, expect an eta text from me. I usually arrive ten to fifteen minutes before your session start time. Please have space already available for the massage table and a towel warmer. This can be in any room with an electrical outlet, and that you feel comfortable relaxing in.

We will talk over your intake form as I am setting up. Once setup is complete, I step into the bathroom to wash my hands so you can get on the table.

After your session I wash my hands while you get dressed then we talk over the session during breakdown. What I found in your body that day, what we were able to accomplish and any aftercare suggestions.

After breakdown you can rebook through me or on your phone. We say goodbye and I head to my next appointment.

Equipment setup and breakdown usually takes ten minutes at the beginning and end of your session. So, an extra twenty minutes added to your appointment.

Are you okay with animals?

I love animals, however, to help minimize distractions and keep my equipment clean please keep them in a separate room during our session.

How Often should i get a massage?

If you have chronic pain or a repetitive stress injury, once a week until you have consistent reduced pain. Then two weeks, three weeks and finally a month.

Sport recovery is recommended up to two times per week or every two weeks depending on your active goals. For example, if you have a lift meet coming up or a body building competition, once or twice per week the month before is recommended.

For regular stress and body maintenance once a month is perfect.

Do you offer deep tissue?

YES! However, I was taught in massage school that "deep" is a place in the body, not a massage modality. During your session we go over pressure and what feedback I am getting from your muscles based on the pressure given. This determines what pressure is best for that specific session.
