VARA Wellness exists to help desk workers and weekend warriors with chronic pain and injuries. What drives me is simple: I love helping people feel better in their bodies. There’s something profoundly satisfying about massaging someone and knowing that, by the time they leave, they are more comfortable, less stressed, and better equipped to move through life with ease.

My own wellness journey has taught me that healing and recovery aren’t just about massage—they also involve movement, strength, and proper nutrition. That’s why I plan to introduce new services like personal training, yoga, and nutritional guidance. These services, like massage, helped me manage my own chronic pain and feel better in my body, and I want to share these tools with my clients.
